Return and exchange policy

Return of goods of proper quality
We guarantee that you can return a purchased item within 14 days from the date of its receipt if it doesn’t fit you in colour, size or style.

You can return an item of proper quality only on condition that its presentation and consumer qualities are preserved (it doesn’t have any signs of use and wear, has labels and original undamaged packaging). Return of goods is performed after sending a filled in request form to kaleidoscopemaison@yandex.ru and providing a sales receipt that confirms the fact of purchase and its conditions. Refund is made to the bank account specified in your request. Refund period is 10 days from the date of arrival of an item to the warehouse. Please pay attention that transfer period depends on the bank in which your current account is located.

The consumer bears all transportation costs connected with return of goods of proper quality or compensates the seller for this cost.
Items of proper quality produced according to one’s individual measurements are non-refundable (Article 26.1 of the Russian Federation Law on Consumer Rights Protection).


Return of goods of inadequate quality
We value our reputation and aim at high quality of our service, therefore, we are always ready to meet your needs and solve any arising problems through negotiations and dialogue. First of all, we offer you to adjust and correct the item. Before sending an order, all our items are examined thoroughly. However, if you find a defect we will bear the cost of product adjustment, its replacement with a similar item or refund.
To avoid controversial situations, we encourage you to contact us and ask any questions before placing an order.
An item of inadequate quality that cannot fulfill its functions should be returned with original labels and in undamaged packaging. In this case we will bear all transportation expenses.

Exchange of goods
You can exchange an item that doesn’t fit you for a similar one if it is available in stock. The consumer bears all transportation costs connected with exchange of goods.
